As part of the Los Angeles Lakers, Luka is now doing much better than he was with the Mavericks. Now, he is a prominent leader for the Lakers leading in scoring. Unfortunately for the Mavericks, they are struggling without Luka. After experiencing multiple injuries, Davis has had to miss 40 out of 71 games- leaving the Mavericks in a tough situation.
The Lakers are a Western Conference contender with stronger offense than defense. With a 24-14 record in the top 10. fans and analysts may want to understand why the team is winning, where they are vulnerable, and how individual players contribute in different situations.
From this information, you can see that the Lakers performance increased with Luka while the Mavericks decreased based on their cumulative wins. Along with this, you can see a difference in Luka’s salary now with the Lakers. He is being paid more than his contract with the Mavericks.
